What is Lioness Girls Football?
We're a Girls only Player Development Centre. We provide specialist football coaching sessions for girls that want to play football and get some extra training. It's available for all girls whether they already play club football, are a total beginner or somewhere in between.

What do you do?
Small group training sessions for girls that are relatively new to football. We currently have 2 age group brackets: 5-8 year olds & 9-13 year olds. These sessions are designed to be fun and to provide all of the basic skills needed to play the game.
Small group training sessions for girls that already have football experience. We also have 2 age brackets for these sessions: 5-8 year olds & 9-13 year olds. These sessions are designed to be fun and to give the girls a good challenging test to aid their skill development.
1 to 1's:
We offer 1 to 1 coaching sessions for girls that want that bit more out of a session. We have a couple of options.
Our lower priced 1 to 1 option (Cubs) is delivered by girls that currently play football and are new to coaching, this option is ideal for a girl that is new to football.
Our higher level 1 to 1's (Development) are with our most experienced coaches and are great for girls already playing that want to improve quickly.
We offer schools the opportunity to work with us. We can provide Football clubs either after school or at lunchtimes (girls only optional). We can also deliver PE lessons on a regular or one off basis.
We're already at a club, can we join you too?
Yes. Any girls that want to train with us can. We are a provider of additional training to supplement the coaching that you already receive at your club.
Some of our sessions are based at Redditch Borough Community Sports and Social club, and we're proud to work alongside a fantastic community club. We are, however, a seperate entity from the club and our sole aim is to provide high quality and fun training for girls from a wide variety of teams, clubs, schools & areas.
