Appointments

We are currently accepting some in-person appointments. To make an in-person appointment you need to have your Covid-19 Vaccine or a Covid-19 Test with a negative result two days before the appointment. If you need help making a Vaccine appointment our volunteers can help you. We are also still seeing patients via telephone. Please call the clinic at (916) 448-3976 if you need anything.
